How allowances work
Allowances reset by UTC calendar month. A valid optimization counts when admitted by the server, including work you later cancel. Rejected malformed inputs do not count.
What happens when I cancel?
Cancellation at the paid period end keeps Pro until that end. Afterward Free limits apply. Projects, saved cargo and results are retained; existing projects remain readable and editable, while new projects and library operations may be restricted. Past-due subscriptions revert to Free under the current billing policy.
Does Pro pack better?
No. Both plans use the same optimizer and independent validation. Pro gives you more runs and productivity features. Neither plan guarantees optimal packing or certifies physical loading safety.
Paid checkout and subscription management are hosted by Stripe. No annual plan or usage-based charges. Review the draft billing policy for cancellation and the refund-policy decision still pending launch review.
